Observed my drug dealing neighbor exchanging phone
numbers with a security guard and then make shooting
motions into the air saying "ba-ba-ba !!! "
why would a security guard exchange numbers with this guy
hmmm?
last week we had a fatal jumper .
just now observed another being taken away before
he could jump from 16th floor.
the story was out before he was in ambulance , but
the four cop cars gave us a hint.
for me, my security feels much less with having
this dreadful man next door,
and having those type mess with my door -
right when i am in and out doing laundry.
