Migraine

I think that I have been suffering from a migraine for a few days.
More than usual I have been sensitive to sound, light,
 tinnitus, visual problems, and a strange feeling of brain "heaviness".
 Like I have a marshmallow pushing on my brain.
No pain.
I have not had an aura recently though.

I wish I knew what it was that is doing this- all I can think of is food allergies.
If it's almonds I am in deep doo-doo, haha!
